Bluebells are here!!!
It's that time of year again when woodland areas get turned into a sea of blue. All over the uk now the blue bells (yacinthoides) are at there most beautiful.
Wrington wood, Somerset is a great place to see them at the moment I was down there on Saturday morning 26/04/2009 and they looked beautiful.
The blue bells only flower for about 10 to 14 days so if you get a chance head down there.
Also Leigh woods in Bristol which is just past the Clifton Suspension bridge is also a great place to visit with your camera. But hurry walkers and their pets soon trample them so the sooner you head down there the more beautiful they will look.
I have added some pics to my Somerset gallery and my plants and flower gallery. And keep an eye out on my site I will more adding more soon.
